Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
• Company reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

Promotion Codes

• Company.com generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the Site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts can be availed only if correct and full details (of the promotional code) are filled in at the time of making the booking. In case if the customer fails to enter the promo-code before making the booking, the company shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made.
• Considering there are multiple promotional offers running on the site, user can avail the benefit of only one offer at a time. No two promotional codes can be combined at the time of making a booking.
• Promotional discounts are applied only on the base amount for Hotels. Discounts are not applicable for any additional components including taxes.
• On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the hotel cancellation charges are calculated on total price before discount. For such bookings, an additional Faredown cancellation charge of ____% or Rs.500, whichever is minimum will be deducted from the refund amount after applying the hotel cancellation policy. For Faredown bookings, Faredown cancellation charge of _____% will be deducted.

Unutilised Bookings

• The User shall request Faredown for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and Faredown as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.

Disputes

• If any dispute arises between you and Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
• The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
• These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Mumbai, India.

• You acknowledge that pictures of the holiday packages as shown on the Site are indicative and may not be representative of the actual products.
• The rates /prices of the holiday packages shown of the Site are quotation only and no blocking has been made. Prices/Taxes are subject to changes and availability.
• You are requested to confirm acceptance of the holiday packages customized for you by return email for a valid booking to be made.
• Booking of holiday packages is subject to availability and confirmation of the holiday package supplier. Special rates shall apply for peak seasons and the inclusions of such holiday packages may vary without any notice.
• In case we are not able to provide the Hotel Packages as shown on the Site, we reserve the right to give the substitute Hotel Package of the same standard.
• You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond our or the suppliers control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.
• In such cases we act only as an intermediary agent with only the role of a mediator. Even if you make a booking through us, the contract will be between the supplier and you and the general travel and contractual terms and conditions of the supplier shall apply. We are not a party to the contractual relationship.

We are authorized by each supplier to accept your offer on its behalf; this acceptance occurs when we send you a written confirmation of the booking and payment as per payment policy is received.

Domestic Flight Booking Terms

• The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes.
• You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
• There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
• Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
• To avail of infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
• Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
• All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.

• By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline.
• Faredown charges a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.___________/- for oneway flights and Rs.__________/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
• Friends and Family Special Fares are applicable only on both Domestic and International sectors.
• Special Fares are applicable for minimum two and maximum nine passengers in one booking.
• Seats are subject to availability.
• Special Fares are not applicable on group bookings.
• Normal baggage allowance applicable for these fares

Check-in

• As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 2 hours before departure for domestic flights.
• For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
• The passenger needs to check-in at least 2 hrs prior departure for Air India and Air India Express domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
• Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.

Amendments

• Every booking made on Faredown is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
• In case of Online Reschedule, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
• If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded,but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
• In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Faredown charges an amendment handling fee of Rs ________ per passenger per sector.
• We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
• Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
• All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.

Cancellation Policy

• Every booking made on Faredown is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
• Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.

• Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone.
• Faredown cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Faredown will charge Rs ____________ per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
• Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. Faredown shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
• For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
• For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.
• If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Faredown will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

Refund

• It is mandatory to contact Faredown for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at faredown.com.
• All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Faredown by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
• Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
• Convenience charge of INR __________/- for one-way flight and INR __________/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
• The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
• On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
• In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
• The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
• Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

FDCash Terms and Conditions

• In the event that the Customer opts for a refund in the form of FDCash, the Customer may receive bonus FDCash in accordance with the promotional offers available from time to time.
• In order to redeem the FDCash, the Customer will Log in to his/her FD account.
• FDCash will be redeemable on any Products on FD.
• One FDCash credit shall be equal to one Rupee.
• Every transaction where the customer uses FDCash as a mode of payment will be validated through FD username, password and/or a unique OTP or a transaction password sent on his/her mobile number.
• FDCash redemption will be on First in First out basis: i.e. the FDCash granted first will be utilized first with the exception of bonus FDCash. Bonus FDCash will be redeemed only after all other FDCash has been redeemed.
• Each time that the Customer redeems his/her FDCash, the same will be intimated to the Customer on his/her email and/or mobile.
• FD shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of the Customer’s account and it shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure privacy and confidentiality of his/her account details.
• In case of any disputes, FD’s decision will be final.
• Bonus FDCash are the credits offered by FD to the user for which user has not paid any amount to FD.
• When a Customer makes a booking utilizing his bonus FDCash, in event of cancellation of the booking, the bonus FDCash used shall be credited back to his account.
• In case of the bookings made using FDCash as a mode of payment, the promo-code discount that requires filling in credit card/debit card/net-banking details for validation will not be applicable or availed on bookings done using FDCash.
• FD holds the right to cancel all or partial bonus FDCash granted to the user by FD at any point in time without any prior notice.
• In addition to the above, refund is also subject to FD general terms & conditions available on www.FD.com.
• FD reserves the right to send communications via any communication channel including but not limited to SMS / Watsapp / E-Mail / Facebook messenger / or any other medium. User is free to lodge a request to disable any communication channel and the same would be disabled from FD end.

Meal Selection Policy

• The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
• The meal would be served only once in case of connecting flights.
• The meal option is as per the flight's menu and availability.
• The meal option is allowed only for adults and children (above 2 years of age).

Cover more Travel Insurance

• If Cover more Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a Faredown booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, Faredown will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.
• Insurance is only valid for trips emerging from Indian Airport and destination is within India or outside India. Any trip emerging from outside India, insurance is not applicable.
• Insurance is only applicable for Indian Nationals between age 0 to 70.
• Domestic insurance cancellation charge of Rs. 60 is applicable.

Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. faredown.com shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. International Flight Booking Terms

• The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes. Excludes all applicable airport taxes or other charges payable at the airport.
• You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
• Name entered in traveler's details should be exactly as per the passport. Name changes after booking are not allowed.
• There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
• Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service are on request basis only and are subject to airlines terms and conditions and confirmation.
• For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles or promotion/ tie-ups, please contact the airline directly.
• Kindly ensure that you have the relevant visa, transit visa (if applicable), immigration clearance and travel with a passport, with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel.
• To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes onward and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you will be required to make a separate booking using a child fare.
• Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
• Faredown is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket, but will inform you of the same if informed by the airlines. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
• Faredown will charge transaction fees for availing the Faredown Services. Faredown reserves the right to alter any and all kinds of transaction fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing the Faredown Services.

• You need to carry appropriates travels permissions (Valid Passport, Visa, Immigration clearance etc.) done before departure. Faredown is not responsible for any issues related to documents (invalid or inappropriate travel documents).

Amendments

• Faredown can assist you with amendments to most bookings. In some cases, though, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
• Every booking made on Faredown is subject to amendment charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
• If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.

Refund Policy

• It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at www.faredown.com.
• Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 5 to 7 days.
• Refund for partially utilized tickets (for eg:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

Partial Payment Terms and Condition

• In case of partial payment mode, the remaining amount should reflect in our account as on due date suggested to you while booking the tickets.
• Partial Payment Bookings are confirmed and ticket details would be mailed to you once your payment is received and realized in full. In the event of non-receipt of the balance payment within stipulated time, the reservation will be auto-cancelled and the guarantee amount paid will be forfeited.
• Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
• Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or faredown.com without prior notice.
• If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.

On Hold Terms and Condition

• The ticket will be issued only if the balance payment is realized by Faredown within the stipulated time subject to following terms and conditions.
• Until the payment is realized in full, should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
• Until the payment is realized in full, the booking is subject to cancellation by the airline or Faredown without prior notice.
• If the payment is not approved on given credit card number(s), you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a scenario you need to speak to the credit card company, or provide alternate credit card number, or change mode of payment as applicable.
• Under all conditions, we should realize your payment within the stipulated time in order for the issuance of the ticket at same fare.
• In case of delay of payment realization because of any third party and should there be an increase in airfare or taxes, the same will be intimated and charged to you.
• No Promo Code usage will be allowed in booking tickets through Hold Functionality. In case of any use of Promo Code with hold ticket functionality, the ticket will be cancelled and the amount forfeited.
• In case of unavailability of the ticket by our partner airlines, we will refund your paid amount without any deductions.
• This service is subject to the airline’s terms and conditions.
• All the bookings made through this service is subject to Faredown terms and conditions and the airline terms and conditions.
• The airline terms and conditions can change without any notice. For the latest terms and conditions, please check with directly with the airline.
• In case of cancellation and rescheduling, the initial amount paid for holding the ticket is non-refundable.

Insurance

• Insurance is a third party product and is subject to terms and conditions of the third party service provider. Faredown in no way be held liable to any deficiencies of service and/or in any dispute between the customer and the third party service provider.
• For any service related issues and/or any disputes regarding insurance needs to be settled directly with the third party service provider.
• In case of rescheduling of the ticket, Faredown cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on Faredown.
• In case of cancellation of the ticket, Faredown cancels the insurance and refund the insurance amount back to customer through the same mode of payment as used while booking the tickets on Faredown.
• In case of rescheduling of the ticket, Faredown, in any case whatsoever, will never issue the new updated insurance policy to the customer. The policy gets cancelled automatically and the refund is initiated by Faredown back to the customer in such cases.
• Covermore Travel Insurance: If Cover more Travel Insurance has been accidentally added as part of a Faredown booking, and customer wishes to cancel the insurance, Faredown will cancel the insurance free of charge if request is made atleast 48 hours prior to date of journey.
