Faredown does not assist in pre-seating. However the airlines you have booked your tickets with, in lieu with their varying rules, may assist you in this. Hence they should be contacted directly.
An amendment is a change in your travel Plan. You can always change the date and time of your travel but you cannot change the sector on which you are already booked.
Please note that airline changes are not allowed in case of amendments. However, you can cancel your existing reservation and re-book a different airline of your choice online.
All amendments come at a fee that varies from airline to airline. In addition to this fee, Faredown charges an amendment handling fee of USD 75 per passenger per sector. We’ll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We’ll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
We’ll email your amended tickets within 60 minutes of making the change to the email address you used for the original booking.
Solving the major pain area of having to constantly monitor the best price for booking, Faredown enables you to add a wish price based on the cost range in a time period. Once the actual cost equals the price you have wished it for, you are given a window to Hold the Booking for an hour. This ensures you book at the cost you wish for, and get time to complete the booking.

How?: Click on the Cart icon and shortlist which ever booking you want to monitor the price and avail discounts for in your cart.
Why?: Current Pain area for a traveller , one has to go through multiple sites, input the date and and destination and keep checking the prices. Therefore, My Cart helps you monitor your shortlisted bookings so you don’t need to key in details everytime. Awesome, ain't it?!
Generally travellers have a budget while travelling for Flights, Hotels, Transfers & Excursions , you can put the budget you have for the same and let we shall try and see how close we can get you to your Wish Price. We shall let the suppliers know what is the price you are looking for , if we manage to get your Wish Price, the booking will be created on Time Limit under My Wish Price section.
If we get you the desired Wish Price, your booking will be automatically created on time limit with the Airline, Hotel, Transfer & Excursion company. You have still the option to either confirm and ticket the booking before timelimit or leave it and it will get auto cancelled on time limit.

1.Create a company under My account.
2.Upload the company logo and address details you want printed on the E-ticket.
3.Shortlist what you like to book on Faredown for your friend, or customer.
4.Add your Wish Price (Keep in mind your Service charge Markup you would want to tell someone on).
5.Share your booking with time limit details with your friend or customer by adding your service fee.
6.Send E-ticket in your company branded name to the customer.

Faredown does not store any ticketed information data that you make changes to , faredown is only concerned with their price you have paid for.
